  We went in to make a deposit today and we met Rosa the "Assistant Manager" We observed how rude she was to a customer who didn't fill out the deposit slip. She refused to help him and sent him to the atm after he had already been waiting in line. She did that the a lady the came after him and gave her an attitude as well. This customer didn't take it and fought back (good for her). Very poor customer service skills and worst of all exhibited by "Manager". I like most of the staff there and I could not believe what I was seeing. I worked for BOFA as a personal banker and the branches I worked at would never put up with this horrible treatment of customers. The actual Manager needs to go over basic customer service with their assistant Rosa.

  Bank of America was taking money from my checking account every month for "maintenance fees," so I went in to this branch to close my account. When I went in, this really annoying and unprofessional manager tried to get me signed up for a credit card. They STOLE from me, then tried to SELL me something. Also, why am I required to show ID to deposit cash? Are you afraid some evil person is putting free money in your customer's accounts?
